Some Very sad Daffodils

Well the snow did arrive, and it was damp and wet snow. Overall the temps were not too bad, but the wind was rather wicked. The worst hit seems to be the daffoldils that were holding their heads up all last week, but the heavy wet snow gathered on the heads and broke some of the stems. This is not nearly as serious as broken tree branches over power lines, so I am just going to clip them tomorrow (today was too cold) and plop them into a vase instead.
